Before this fight starts I am going to say that the boar and the honey badger are both going to be fully grown, and a little over half way through there natural life cycle, because each animal is intelligent I am putting them at this approximate age, and at average size so all the measurements from my research will be what I am going off in this fight.
The honey badger VS Wild Boar
A Fateful Night
The night is still young the moon is a quarter of the way to half way through the sky and it is a very dark night. Perfect for the boar any predators should either be asleep or can’t see him well making it very easy for him to rome around the forest easily looking for anything to fill his stomach. Eating a plant here some barriers there even chasing down a small rodent and eating that as well. It is a so fare normal night for the huge animal, as he is munching on some oh so delicious mise that he had ran down after hearing them try to scuttle away from him. When the beast hears something strange in the trees. His seances alert he searches the midnight for any misplaced sounds or smells he tries to looks as well, but to no avail. “I really think there is something wrong with my eyes, but oh well.” The boar says to himself. He searches some more when he decided that it was nothing and moves on. “Hmmm should I go with the prickly barrie or the stringy leaf eh both.” The boar continues to eat in what he believes is safety when in fact there is a pair of eyes watching him motionless. The honey badger sits looking at this huge beast. He was roaming in his territory when he noticed a loud and big thing walking around eating anything and everything it pleasted. He watches the thing now “What are you doing in my territory how dare you.” The honey badger says to himself with a deep loathing for the other creature. Suddenly the big animal puts its ears up and looks up from its meal of barriers leafs and a bit of rodent it twitches its nose, and that is when the honey badger notices the large tusks on either side of the boars mouth. “That's a boar, killing him will definitely make me feared,” Just as the honey badger finishes his thought the boar turns abruptly shorting loudly and pawing the ground. “He has noticed me.” The honey badger says. He rises from his crouched position from behind the bushes and draws back his lips in a threatening manner to show the boar that Honey badger don't caaaare. The boar glares at this small but stocky animal and realizes that this was what he had noticed earlier, and he decides that he looks kinda good and that he doesn’t like others stocking him. Soundly the boar springs into a full on charge. His blinding speed surprise the honey badger, but he quickly recovers and dives to the right barely avoiding the roaring speeding mass. The boar turns on its hooves and changes its trajectory in a blink of an eye. Catching the honey badger off guard the boar rams the smaller creature with the front of his snout dropping it a fraction of a second before impact and then lifting high into the air to through the badger. To the boars surprise the badger does go flying through the air as he had anticipated instead the badger was through only a few feet into the air because right as the boar had done is throwing move of dropping his snout the badger had struck at the snout with its large and sharp claws hooking in the skin there, and then tearing from the through, but only throwing him a few feet into the air because of this small attack. The badger mid air twists and turns and finally coming down lands on its feet a little shook from the through but overall not hurt badly. It was the honey badgers turn, lanching off its hind legs and grabbing onto the thick matted fur of the boar. The boars fur is tough but the honey badgers claws meant for digging into the ground and trees and ripping and tearing sinks in and holds. Not all the way to the animals undercoat, but still painful. The boar in response jumps up and kicks and bucks and spins running short sprints then changing directions quickly trying to dislodge the annoying little thing from his back. But to no avail the honey badger is just too strong to let go so easily, the boar suddenly stops and falls to the side that the badger is on and rolls onto the creator putting his full 287 pounds directly onto the little bastard. Rolling out of his maneuver the boar no longer feels the terrible claws in his side, but does feel a flow of blood coming out of the wound. “Only a flesh wound.” The boar says and shakes it off as he searches for the honey badger when he hears leafs resulting in the tree above him and looks up and can see a blurry black and grey figure dropping onto him. In an instant he jumps back to escape the falling honey badger but instead of douging the attack the badger lands on his snout, and for a moment a fraction of a second the boar with his horrible eyesight looks into the honey badgers eyes and only see’s hate and rage, and for a second the boar was afraid, afraid of this small creature because of the intense rage and hatred in its eyes, but only for a second. Then when the moment passed the boar roars and starts to sprint. The honey badger raises its head and opens its mouth to bite down on the head of the boar. Yes he couldn’t fit his mouth completely on the high head but enough where he could kill it. Then the honey badgers head drops toward the head of the boar mouth open as wide as he could spread it. The extremely sharp teeth sink into than past the fur flesh and hits the skull and the badger starts to us his incredibly powerful jaws to bite, and this fight here and now. Then the moment passes, and nothing he doesn’t feel his teeth sink any further in, he doesn’t feel the body of the hog fall to the ground in death. Insted this mighty honey badgers jaws and mighty bite has finally met their match as the bite stops in its tracks with no chance of breaking through the boar stops its sprint noticing that the badger on his head had just tried to bite through his skull His Skull!! The same skull that he had been building up and toughening throughout the years. And here there is this honey badger trying to bite through it. “What a fool” The boar thinks as he continues his run but now he knows that the badger is stuck so the boar changes his course and heads straight for a tree nearby. Running at top speed a blazing 30 mph towards a tree to squash this little pest on, but the boar never fulfilled his plan. Realizing that he was stuck the honey badger he need to by himself sometime to pull himself of the head of this boar, so he does the only thing he can think of which is to go to his last resort and spray the hogs snot which just happened to be right beneath the honey badgers tail where he stored a foul smelling stink bomb much like a skunk, and releases this highly potent and disgusting smell right on top of the boar's snout. Immediately The boars stops because of the foul odor which just came among his snout, and it was still there and it was getting worse by the second. Realizing this was his chance the honey badger rips his teeth and jaw free and before jumping off the boar slashes at both of its eyes blinding the beast, but not to the knowledge of the honey badger the smell from him more effectively blinded the beast than slashing at its eyes. The pain and stench was unbearable so the boar did the one thing any animal in extreme pain does fall on the ground rolling and crying out in pain. The honey badger standing there off to the side of the boar watching it rieth in pain on the ground revels in his victory. He had actually taken down a full grown wild boar now it was time to end this struggling over to the writhing mass looking for best location to submit the killing blow. When out of nowhere a wild hoof nales the badger directly in the side throwing him several feet away from the boar. The honey badger regains his feet feeling a broken rib in his side but ignoring it and deciding this was the end of it. Lunging out straight for the boars throat and sinking in deep, and this time the boar didn’t have to incredible skull to protect it only its matted fur stood in the way which for the force of the honey badgers bite was no match, and with that swift chomp it was over the boar thrashed around for a few more second as it tried to breath but couldn’t because of the bite on its throat, and then it was still. This great beast was down and the honey badger with a few broken ribs that he realized now and several gashes and bruises stood over the boar victories.
Explanation
Now let me explain why the Honey badger won. First off the honey badger was at a bit of a disadvantage because the boar was strong fast and bigger and in its own rights very intelligent, but known of that truly matures when the only way the boar would be able to detect him would be his hearing and smell, and because the Honey badger has that secreasutuion smell that a skunk has the only thing the honey badger really had to do was to us this and eliminate the boars ability to smell him because the oder was so strong the only thing the would smell was that foul sent and thus making him blind with his nose, but he still has his hearing. That doesn’t matter because the badger took out the boars eyes, and between the pain and the smell the boar could not focus on his hearing. Also even though the boars head was so incredibly tough and there was no way that the badger would be able to penetrate that. That was the only spot on the boars body where he had that kind of protection. And the boars tusks would have little to no effect on the badger because not even arrows or spears can penetrate its fur the only way the boar would have won was if he could sink those tusks into the belly of the honey badger, but the badger is just to nimble, and able to contort his body to move out of the way. So in the End the Honey Badger is victorious.
